Eligibility For Returns
Any product purchased from our online store qualifies for return, refund, or exchange, if:
- The product is in original condition
- The product is unused, unwashed, unharmed, and uninstalled
- The original packaging, invoice, and tags are attached
Custom-made products are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns, refunds, or exchange, unless there is manufacturing fault.
No-Return Items
Any product purchased from our store is not acceptable for return or exchange, if:
- Customized for individual needs of a customer
- Purchased on clearance, discount, or sale
- Damaged due to mishandling, during unpacking, or during installation by the customer
Refund Process
- When you have placed a request for return, refund, or exchange of an item, our team will inspect and review the product in question.
- We will examine the item to determine its eligibility for return, refund, or exchange.
- If the product is authorized by our team for a refund, the refund transaction will be processed in 7-10 business days.
- We will follow the original payment method, used by the customer during the purchase of the product.
- Charges for shipping and installation are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless the product was damaged due to mishandling by our team or had a manufacturing defect.
Damaged Or Defective Items
If you were shipped a damaged or defective product by our store:
- Notify us of the defect within 24 hours after delivery
- Share clear images and videos of the damaged product
- Our team will analyze the damage and approve/reject the product’s eligibility for a replacement or repair
- A full refund/exchange/store credit will be processed in case of severe damage to the product and depending on its extremity
Order Cancellation
If you have placed an order, but changed your mind later due to any circumstances:
- Place a request for order cancellation within 24 hours of order placement
- Custom orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for cancellation once their production/manufacturing has begun

SisalCarpetsDubai Store’s operations are nationwide only. Availability of international shipping is currently under works. Only products and items that are purchased within the United Arab Items can qualify for return, refund, or exchange by our store.
Our shipping and refund can face delays due to unforeseen circumstances including severe weather conditions, third-party service disruptions, and technical glitches. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
